Assistant Project Manager

    • Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing projects.
    • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
    • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the design team to ensure project goals are met.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Experience in project management or a related role in the design or construction industry.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).

Sign Installer

A sign installer is responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of signs in accordance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and industry standards. The role involves working collaboratively with a team, using technical skills and attention to detail to ensure successful sign installations. This includes tasks like surveying sites, preparing installation materials, operating tools, and equipment, and ensuring that signs are securely mounted and aligned.

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Safety Compliance
    • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
    • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and always follow safety procedures.
  2. Preparation and Setup
    • Gather and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for installations.
    •  Review project plans and specifications to understand installation requirements.
    • Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure accurate placement and alignment of signs.
    • Prepare installation sites, ensure proper measurements and adherence to safety protocols.
  3. Sign Assembly
    • Assemble and prepare signs for installation, including applying vinyl graphics, lettering, and other elements as needed.
    • Ensure the quality and accuracy of sign components before installation.
  4. Installation Process
    • Safely and efficiently install signs using various tools, equipment, and techniques.
    • Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and leveling of signs for a professional and visually appealing result.
  5. Troubleshooting
    • Identify and address any issues or challenges during the installation process.
    • Collaborate with team members to find solutions and ensure project success.
  6. Quality Control
    • Conduct quality checks to verify that signs meet design specifications and client expectations.A
    • Adjust as necessary to achieve the desired outcome.
  7. Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of installed signs, including photographs and project details.
    • Provide feedback on installation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in sign installation or a related field is preferred.
3. Knowledge of construction and installation techniques.
4. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel and material transport. Preferably a truck or van.
